Some of the things people are saying about us………..
My son Jamie started having guitar lessons with Fe about 3 years ago when he was 14 years old. Fe has been a great inspiration and role model to Jamie over this time and her great patience and friendly, relaxed approach to her teaching has led to Jamie forming a passion for music, in turn, increasing his confidence to a level at which he has been able to perform on stage at several Al Pascal concerts and at other events. I would highly recommend Fe and Al Pascal Music School to anybody.

Our story with Al Pascal Music School goes back as far as 6 years ago, when I decided to take guitar lessons to serenade my husband for his 40th. I couldn't have found a guitar teacher more helpful, inspiring and patient than Alex. He helped me through my insecurities and led me to a very memorable performance. Now, my daughter takes lessons with the school, Isabel is a real rock star and enjoys very much her electric guitar, piano and vocal lessons with Alex, Hollie and Neal.
This is our story and this is why I will continue to have Al Pascal Music School as tutors to my daughters and even to me if I ever decide to sing again!

Al has a genuine enthusiasm for the progress of his students. He has taught my son acoustic and electric guitar for two years and we have already achieved distinction at Grade 1 and are well on the way to Grade 2.
Al’s ability to engage with his students with exactly the right mix of “coolness” and authority endears him to students and parents alike. No boring songs - straight in with the rock music!
I have been personally involved with two of the live gigs and I am amazed at the professionalism and energy Al and his team puts in. The students have the talent but Al has the magic to make them realise it!
Helpful, inspiring and reliable – I would recommend Al and his team of teachers to anyone.

Our son always looks forward to a lesson with Tara. She is an enthusiastic and very versatile teacher and we are happy that we can have one excellent tutor covering piano, vocals and music theory.

Jordan is piano tutor to my two children: my son who is twelve and my daughter who is nine. She has been tutoring them for nearly five months. During this time my children have made more progress than when they spent one year with a previous tutor.
Jordan is punctual and her attendance is excellent, making it easy to plan our evenings around the lessons. Added to this we are able to communicate easily via text. She always responds quickly. Jordan is very flexible so didn’t mind when the odd lesson time had to be changed.
Jordan’s has a very calm manner and the children quickly warmed to her as did I. Her teaching style is friendly but firm and this has contributed to my children making excellent progress thus far and I have no concerns recommending her as a teacher.

I have been taking guitar lessons for 2 years and I have been a student of Phil’s for just over a year now and In that time I have made great progress with my guitar playing skills with his help. I find Phillip to be an easygoing guy with bags of patience and heaven knows he needs it with me as I am a mature student and not as bright and easy to learn things as I once was. Phil makes the lesson interesting with little handy tips that make guitar playing enjoyable and one of the things I like is that as well as teaching me songs and theory for my grading,
Phillip will help me to play songs that I have chosen to learn which makes the lesson more exciting. I would recommend Phil as a tutor not only for the reasons above but also for the fact that he is a genuinely nice guy. Lloyd Williams’s Grade 2 Rock school.

How lucky we were.....to literally stumble onto such a fabulous guitar teacher as Alex Pascal. We have all experienced that at some point in life, even if it's as far back as our school days, when you'll remember that one teacher that makes everything fall into place and their lessons were the ones that you looked forward to most, well, Alex is that teacher. Alex has both endless passion and enthusium for music and teaching at all levels, demonstrating an extremely professional yet friendly manner.
Well, over the last 10 years, Alex has taken our family from strength to strength, on the most wonderful musical journey. Right from the early days, the amazing patience he extended to us whilst learning those first few chords, through various musical styles and different artist influences, right through to developing our children to be confident enough to provide support for sessions in the recording studio and ultimately, the numerous performances live on stage.
Our family regard Alex as a close family friend, he is a great inspiration to us and we feel genuinely proud and lucky to be benefiting from his wealth of musical knowledge and talent.

I’ve been learning with Claudia for a few months now and I can honestly say I get excited about my lessons, and will for a long time! IShe’s an unbelievable vocalist and makes you feel completely at ease about your singing ability and confidence. I’ve already noticed the progress I’ve made since learning with her and I can sing all different types of music because the lessons are so versatile. Can’t imagine learning with anyone else, she’s definitely the lady to work with.

Alex has been teaching my boys, Harry and Jacob, guitar, for about four years. Jacob was 11 when he started and Harry was 13. Alex was recommended to me by a friend and I have recommended him to many others. For the last four years the boys have really enjoyed their lessons and both have developed a serious and enduring interest in their guitar. To be honest, like many other activities, I thought guitar lessons would be a 5 minute wonder, but they have thrived, practice often and look forward to their lessons. They have learnt to play both acoustic and electric guitar and Alex maintains their enthusiasm by offering a variety of music including jazz, blues, metal, rock, classical and Spanish guitar. He challenges them with difficult pieces.
My boys consider Alex cool, easy going and a really good teacher. They tell me he makes them feel comfortable. Alex is always friendly and empathetic to them, taking an interest in their week, and I feel he has been a positive role model. In 2009 Alex organized two gigs at a local pub where he showcased all his pupils, whatever their level. Both were wonderful occasions and I was so proud to see my boys performing a complicated piece together on stage – they would never have done so without Alex’s encouragement. The second gig was held in aid of BBC Children In Need and again this was very positive role modeling for all the children.
