Some of the things people are saying about us………..
I was recommended Luke Sutcliffe as a guitar tutor for my 13 year old son , also called Luke, about 2 years ago by a friend. At the time it was in the balance as to whether he would carry on learning to play electric guitar as he had been uninspired during the 3 years he had been learning at school . Needless to say I was keen for him to carry on. Luke proved to be a turning point and my son has gone from strength to strength gaining a grade 2 with merit last year and working towards his grade 3 now. Before he met Luke my son was reluctant to do grades and now he looks forward to his weekly visits and the songs he learns to play with Luke. He both likes and respects Luke so much that he strives to do his best both between lessons and for his gradings. Luke has a wonderful way of encouraging in a very positive way and a natural friendly personality which makes learning fun for my son. Without Luke Sutcliffe I am positive my son would have given up the guitar by now. He has been involved in several gigs and enjoys them. It is a wonderful opportunity for kids to get up on stage and get involved with such a lovely range of talent and really nice young people. We always hear the bad about young people but I was so proud recently at a gig in whetstone to raise funds for children s cancer trusts to see so many talented and enthusiastic young people working together enjoying their music. The tutors all put so much in to make it a success. I wish there had been something like this when I was a kid .
Thanks Luke and the Al Pascal music school

Hollie Shephard has been teaching our eight-year-old son the piano since he started learning, and thanks to her inspirational tutoring, he is making great progress. Although our son has natural ability, he finds learning the theory of music more challenging. Hollie quickly recognized this and tailored his lessons accordingly to stimulate his
interest and enthusiasm for playing, while gradually introducing him to theory. He is now keen to start taking his grades! Her pleasant manner and child-friendly approach have really paid off.
